Another error

A few weeks ago my laptop is kinda broken so I have to bring it to someone to fix it. It's fixed now, it's even upgraded! But now there's another problem. The charger. the cable is probably loose or something, but it's not the difficulties I usually encounter. When a phone charger is loose, you usually have to twist and turn it. Not my laptop though. I have to push it. Basically, if I want to charge my laptop while using it, I have to constantly push the charger in and hold it with my left hand, and type on my laptop using my right.
