You can seriously bring down so many other people by your actions. If you decide to do something that you know is wrong you hurt everyone around you. You make others question their own lives and everything they know. You bring doubt, worry and fear into people's lives. You make it hard to trust everyone because of your lies.
Have you ever made a decision that hurt many other people?

As far as I know Ive not made any decisions that hurt others. If I did I was not made aware of it.
I'm the kind of person who gives and buckles. I end up being hurt instead of hurting others.

2nonersays Well that's good that you haven't made that kind of choice that could hurt others. Yeah, I have been hurt much more than hurt others but when I was around 18 I made some stupid decisions that did hurt others-unintentionally.

Right now I am trying to decide whether or not to find a new job. This will not only be a change for me, but for my clients as well.

@LovingMyBabies what is making it easier for me to think about it is the fact that I am not getting my hours. Can't pay the bills with less pay.

I divorced and caused hurt and pain not just for myself. I am trying now to be more positive and make better decisions now that I am older.

@celticeagle We all have to live and learn. I have made some bad choices when i was around 18 years old. I have learned a lot from them though and now I also try to make better choices.

Yes, I've made a decision that hurt my sister but that decision hurt me most and until she decides to stop what's hurting her, I won't change my decision about her as well.

I don't think that I've made a decision that hurt a lot (en masse) of people. I try to be as fair as possible if I have to make a decision that might inconvenience someone, even if it is only in the slightest.
The only time I can think of a decision being made that hurt was well things that have happened to ME not that I have done (intentionally or otherwise) to other people.

I do not think that I've made any decisions to upset many people. As a parent we make them all of the time when we need to discipline or parent, but that is our job at the time and there is a time later to reap the rewards of those tough actions or decisions.

@Juliaacv Yeah we just have to do the best we can as parents. Sometimes we do the right thing and sometimes we don't. It's all a learning process.

I haven't made a decision that has hurt people. But there have been times when indirectly people have gotten hurt even though it was nothing related to them.

Usually I hurt my mom's feeling. She didn't allow me to hang out with my friends and I just ignored her. Boy, she sounded very angry whenever I did that.
