It started last Monday, again i felt that my head is so heavy that i cannot move, even a single movement. I haven't felt this vertigo for a long time and again here it is, i am experiencing it once again.
Its so hard having this sickness, like when you are working and travelling.
Can anyone advice me for what should i do to prevent vertigo??

@itsmejing Then better consult your doctor.Did you have a sound sleep last night? One of my friends who is a doctor says that constipation, too, causes headache.

Go to the doctor and have a health check. up having vertigo is a serious matter its a sign and symptoms tjat there is something wrong inside your body. Maybe yoir lock of vitamin B complex. Once I have that and my doctor gave me vitamins and it work thats why I never run out of Vitamins to prevent vertigo.

My Dad has vertigo, this is due to his ear problem. I can't explain to you precisely because I'm not his physician but his doctor advise him on his sleeping position, if what he thinks that sleeping position can't cause him dizzy, he just maintain that.
