mine is time warner and i have a 756 kb connection and it's also by roadrunner.

I used Comcast DSL for several years and then changed to Bellsouth DSL because there is less downtime during high traffic times. I've been more than pleased. I have a landline phone and service provider package with them that runs around $90 a month with unlimited long distance. DAMMIT...I didn't mean to sound like a commercial. HAHA! They should pay me for posts like this.
