We often end up making decisions based on what people around us tell is right. Usually, students are the victim of this mass decision making process and the "mass" include our parents and our judgemental society. So skeptic and stereotypical has the thought process become that it is almost generically embedded in them. The job or subject they find is right, they make us take it up. And we being the ever pressurised lot suffer the consequences of dragging something we don't like for the rest of our lives!
Time has come for a change. Don't be forced to do something you don't like. Always follow your heart. Let's spread this idea and let everyone show the different talents they have , instead of thrusting them with one of our good qualities. Let's not be genetically mutated in that fashion , let's live freely.

First I like my study, but then, I hate it, because it becomes harder and harder (medical)

Exactly my thought. I kind of dislike the stream I'm in right now, but like the subjects. So I wanna play out how it goes because there are mixed feelings. And no one pressurised me so it's on me.
My sister has a very creative mind and leadership quality, which makes her a good candidate for creativity subjects. I am urging her to follow her dreams of becoming either an architect of a fashion designer. A person should pursue the line where he/she can flourish best.
