I never bought a lot of things for my girls when they were small. But that was ages ago. I bought fabrics and patters and made their clothes and mine.
I gave them toys (not too many) for birthdays and Christmas.

I can totally relate to this. My daughter is 9 months old whenever we go to the mall, almost everything bought is for her. It may be sad thinking that you don't get anything from your paycheck nothing is more rewarding seeing your child have everything she needs.

That is a nature things for every good mother to follow lo
think back how your mother treat you then, do she spend more money on you or her lo
But you do enjoy shopping for your baby. just fear no way to keep your dollars lo
I do spend more than myself lo,,they are just like the blood in our body to keep us growing

True. I bought my daughters more stuff and realize I need to also do my shopping for myself when I already got nothing to wear.
