What should we do when mylotters don´t respond?

I would give them some more chances but if they don't respond within the week assuming people are busy, I would move on. There are some instances where I am waiting because the discussion is interesting but they don't respond.

I avoid responding to questions which lead to unethical fights

I guess I would try several times then give up lol

I go to other threads and post on them. Yes, many times, there are very short answers, but what can we do. I just write my share on the threads and continue to the next ones.

Now that summer is here, people are busy doing other things. I think it will be harder to earn. People do have lives offline. Try changing the kind of things you write discussions about.

There are a couple of my discussions that I am having trouble with finding a response. In my notifications it will say who responded. I try to go through each one, but it seems that there are a few that I still can't find. Drives me crazy. Maybe you could send them a message and they will get back to you.

I think a lot of members post a discussion and move on and they also choose to ignore notifications. i think a lot of people just don't understand how the site works.

I gave it up long back. I feel there are two kinds of people here who do not respond or interact as the open a discussion - one- they revert back after a while (maybe they have been busy or even forgot that interactions make a discussion). So I may try responding to them (only if the discussion is interesting) as I know, sooner or later I can expect an interaction. And then the second type - they post because they either do not read the guidelines or are unclear what a discussion is. They never revert back. I do not go to them. I gave them chances, because I only interact those people who interact backs on me.

I will give people several chances but if I hear nothing back after that I don't usually bother with them any more. I personally reply to every comment on my posts.

i hate it when it is happening to me. knowing that they are actively responding to other discussions but not answering your question or replying, geez! i want to slap their face!

What l do is move on,but not before answering to more from the person, l realize they dont bother to answer, l stop commenting on their posts

I can give 2 tips, not sure if they will work 1. message your followers who you think will be interested ,the discussion's link 2. Try to edit the post, add more tags, so that the discussion comes to most recent discussion

I tend to go respond to other discussions while waiting. If they respond, great! If not, I move on.

It depends on the situation. I think it is okay if people don't comment back right way. Maybe they are busy with other things and don't have much time to spend here. But if they never comment back I will stop responding.

well not sure.this is happening to me a lot.Mostly being to old .This is mine. I do my best and love the people here.But learned to accept it.I give them space.I have many here that they do not respond.

Sometimes there are unhappy or unpleasant things going on in their lives at the time. I try my best to respond to everyone, even if it is not at the same day. I'm having an awful day today, for example.

Just move on for me. Lol. Well..i wonder at.first ;)

Maybe they don't have any answers for the questions posted on the discussion so they don't comment.I have also experienced that people respond only on common easy type of discussions.
