The monsoon rains are just there

Yesterday, there were thunders, heavy wind, light drizzling,overcast clouds... there was a perfect buildup for first monsoon showers, but it seems we need to wait a little more.
Remembering that beautiful song from movie Lagaan, when all the villagers after watching the clouds get so happy that finally there will be rain after the drought. The emotions are really priceless in this song.

Greetings!!
Monsoons bring in a lot of happiness along with them. The rains cleanse our soul. Purifies the nature and everything looks divine to me. Watching the rain sitting by the window calms your mind and we end up having a peaceful sleep. This is what i call as good life.

@avi256 good to know that. It has been a lot of on and off for us here. Good thing is, the temperature has decresed to a greater extent. This year the summer sun quiet literally was buring us. Moonsoons are what we were really praying for. Early Monsoons infact.

there was heavy rain with thunders here, I got drenched in completely in rain. It was raining most part of night.
