Work and relationship

I am having a hard time trying to get along with my co workers. We have our own responsibilities but the moment you assist them, they tend to neglect their own job and let you do it. It is annoying such an insult that make me feel they think i am stupid to take their responsibility.

Then stop helping them out. Or if they ask you for help, make sure that you will only guide them, but they are the ones who will be sitting down to work on it. Or better yet, pretend that you have tons to do so they will take their jobs seriously and actually take the time to learn it.

I actually did. But it doesn't seem to me a healthy environment. I wanted to have a good relationship with them but at the same time being responsible. I am team player but being cooperative all the time to the extent of making them slack off in their post is something else. And I am not who can just quiet. I nag at them when I can.

I used to do that. Then got in trouble because the supevisors said they could not see who was slacking off cause I would take up the slack. Frustrating.

That is another thing. My supersvisor knows what I am really doing and he actually reprimanded them all for taking me for granted. But that make me feel bad because I dont want to show off and make my co workers bad but they tend to be dependent. And after that incident that my boss reprimanded them, they start to avoid and gossip about me.
