Time sure flies when someone is having fun. I set the timer up for 20 minutes to be here and it is almost over already.
I would like to know why my 20 minutes here mylotting go a lot faster than my 30 minutes walking. Can anyone here explain this strange phenomenon to me?

haha, that is because walking takes more effort than sitting down and type.
I think that is common.
Sleeping is the best because there is no effort involve in it.
I think given a choice of waking up early to walk or continue to sleep on, I will continue to sleep on.

Hello Alfredo, Talking about "time", I couldn't help but think of this wonderful song "As Time Goes By".
Here is a link so you can listen to it.
Casablanca won three Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Its lead character Humphrey Bogart, it's memorable line "Play it again Sam" and pervasive theme ...

I'm having trouble to get the website to open fast enough, I seem to wait a long time for everything to show up. I don't know if its the site or my computer but I'm not happy and often leave the computer because it takes too long.
And Time Flies when you are having fun....

Someone asked this question 6 months ago and I would repeat that reply.
Einstein was asked to explain relativity without involvement of mathematics.
He said - you are sitting with your girlfriend, a time of 1 hour looks like a 1 minute. And if you are sitting on a hot stove for 1 minute, it feels like an hour. This is relativity.
It is relativity which resulted in time passage problem as in your case.
Here is logic: Time passes normally. However, we are enjoying the task. We are busy and we DO NOT notice the time passed. On the other hand, do something which you do not like (but are forced to do that) and most of the time, you will STARE at the watch.
In both cases, the speed of time passage is same. In your case, you are enjoying your work and hence do not look at time. So, you do not know that those 20 minutes have passed.
Hope that it is clear now.

It's all in the mind. 20 minutes is 20 minutes no matter what you're doing or who is doing. You just did not notice or keep track of the time when you are so busy having fun. Fun is a real time killer!

well, maybe because you are seated, reading, typing your comments after reading, then you don't check on the time, that is why the 20 minutes is like 5 minutes for you.
