do you work with the pomodoro technique?

basically its a system, you work for 25 minutes and pause for 5, and repeat again. I started using it some days ago and my productivity raise a lot have it work for you to??

My highschool teacher used something like that, but a little different. He teaches for 30 minutes and rest for 15 minutes. He said the human brain can't focus on something for too long so it must get a few minuter break. It's quite effective actually.

Wow this is so cool. I think this makes a lot of sense. Instead of exhausting myself in one go. I must try to put rest in between. Kinda like the interval concept in working out or strength training.

However when we are doing something that demands high concentration, frequent breaks are not possible. Otherwise , that's a good technique . I take small breaks and drink some water frequently. And by the way what does pomodoro mean?

I dont use any technique but im doing fine as im not only sitting here, lm here and doing other things in the house at the same time.
