do you work with the pomodoro technique?

My highschool teacher used something like that, but a little different. He teaches for 30 minutes and rest for 15 minutes. He said the human brain can't focus on something for too long so it must get a few minuter break. It's quite effective actually.

1st time to hear it, very interesting. Over work is not good for health, machine need rest also,

Wow this is so cool. I think this makes a lot of sense. Instead of exhausting myself in one go. I must try to put rest in between. Kinda like the interval concept in working out or strength training.

I usually try doing that as it's a better way to focus more that way.

However when we are doing something that demands high concentration, frequent breaks are not possible. Otherwise , that's a good technique . I take small breaks and drink some water frequently.
And by the way what does pomodoro mean?
