Review: Greek yogurt / myLot

This is awesome yogurt. Since I was in the hospital not too ling ago for an intestinal issue, I started buying Greek yogurt and ever since I bought it, it has helped a lot and I love it. I found out it is one of the healthiest yogurts out there which is awesome. It is Strained yogurt, Greek yogurt, yogurt cheese, labneh, is yogurt that has been strained to remove its whey, resulting in a thicker consistency than unstrained yogurt, while preserving yogurt's distinctive, sour taste. But it is still great tasting. It is even packed with probiotics. It is made by Dannon and cheap. I love it and has been helping me since I bought it. Now I eat it every couple of days to help. Do you eat yogurt? If so, what kind? I recommend it. Very healthy if you ask me. I get the 5.3oz cups and usually work well for me. Come in many flavors too which I enjoy.

Right. I used to eat the regular stuff when I was a kid but I love yogurt now.

I like it, but my husband doesn't care for it. And yes, it's good for the gut unless you can't digest dairy products.

Greek yogurt doesn't taste that great to me. I do like regular yogurt but I need to avoid all things with dairy for a while until I find out if I'm lactose intolerant.
