LADIES MAKING THE FIRST MOVE.

In some soceities, people frown at it when a lady make the first move on a guy she admires. And usually, people within those kind of soceities automatically label such a lady a 'whore', 'a flirt ' and call her all sorts of terrible names.
For a very long while, this got me thinking and uncomfortable. Is it wrong for a lady to make the first move on a guy she admires???

I made the first move and my husband thinks it's the sweetest thing. I think it depends on the situation. If the lady makes the first move because she is only after a one night stand then that's not right. I was friends with my husband before we got married, he respects for it because I know what I want and I did not act all slutty just because I made the first move. He eventually proposed to me. He told me once that it actually helped him gain confidence in himself.

Wow your story is such a beautiful one. I must commend your courage in making the first move towards your husband, and i am glad he thinks that the move was the sweetest thing. And i must say your husband has won my respect for choosing to appreciate that move u made instead of looking down at it [unlike most Men Out there, who would wrongly interprete the move]. Congrats to you and your husband.

Well in my opinion, there is nothing wrong in a lady making the first move/walking up to a man to express her likeness or admiration towards him. The fact that SOME[not all] Men would see her as an "Easy-to-get" kind of lady does not necessarily mean that it is wrong for her to make the first move !

@Fordalong so maybe it depends on the perspective of one person
