Carrot taco shell

So I was on Pinterest.com the other day and saw a recipe on making carrot taco shells. Have anyone done this? I am really thinking about doing it and maybe posting a review. There was also one for ZUCCHINI TORTILLA . I'm not a Zucchini fan but I am willing to give it a world
