We all must have faced discriminations in our life. In my office there is a guy, who openely discriminates basis of skin tone, gender, and even tradition. Although, the comments are never directed towards me, but, I always get irritated. And many times, I feel like rewarding him with a tight slap. I have tried to speak with him to make him understand but nothing happenned.
It get more agitated, when he passes comments towards subordinates. Those poor guys fear to revert, because, job is more important to them than a moron opening his filthy mouth.

It's funny when a degree couldn't educate a person with right manners.

One of the main purpose of education is to teach people how to be a good man.

He is neither foreigner, nor my senior. He is at my same level, may be thats the reason he never dared to pass any comments on me. However, I hate it when he does to others.

@Umesh_K _ There are people who use their rank or authority to push around those under them. Either by inappropriate actions or abusive language. They have an inflated sense of self- importance. I can't blame you for wanting to take him down a peg or two.

Personally, he may have a bad habit. I hope that he would be aware of this kind of unhealthy manner, and make a change.
