Do you think cartoons are for children only?

I loved watching cartoons as a kid. In fact that was all watched. Numerous cartoons were my world of imagination and numerous characters were my friends. I'm sure it's the same with most of you. But as we grow up most people stop watching cartoon shows. In my case, I'm still a fan of cartoons and though I get very less time, whenever I sit down to watch a cartoon show, I still get lost in the world of imaginations. I feel cartoons have no age restrictions and it's for family entertainment. Do you guys feel the same? Or do you have other reasons for not watching cartoons anymore as you grew up? Let me know.

My friend though he is already 30 years old he is still fun of watching cartoons. But not cartoons like sponge bob. he likes animated films and animes like HunterXHunter. there are people that are just young at heart.

Animated movies are really great. Some animated movies are even better than non-animated ones.

I know cartoons are probably more geared for children, but adults can enjoy them too. I know I still enjoy them. I'll enjoy watching them with my kids, who seem to enjoy them as well. Even before my eldest was born, my husband and I would still watch some cartoons. I don't think that age really matters. You can still enjoy cartoons.

Even if I am an adult, I still like to watch some cartoon movies, especially with my son. It is not only our family time, but also I really enjoy watching these cartoon movies. They are good and meaningful. Sometimes I even will be tearful when I watch them.

Cartoons or Family/Animated? To me there is a difference. Cartoons are geared more to children, while family/animated movies for both adults and children. We do not have kids about about 65% of our movies would fall into the family/animated movies section. Shrek, Toy Story, Finding Nemo, etc.
