How to study abroad?

Students all over the world want to study abroad ,to see new places ,achieve new experience and make new friends,but there is a big problem,if you live in a small country ,not so developed like that you want to study there,like my motherland-Moldova it's too difficult to apply to that university.First of all difference of prices and economic developement makes a big whole from you and university you want to study there.More than that the rate of acception is very small.Now appear the question how we can study abroad? If someone have reasons to my problem I sincerily please you to share them with me.Thank you anticipate.
