I ended up in ER again today

So I ended up going to the emergency room again today. Last night my son was getting off the couch and kicked me on my back left side. Well, needless to say, I woke up sicker than a dog and couldn't hold down anything or see straight. I was there once again nearly 2 hours. I had to call my husband at work to take me in. They gave me a hydration iv, pain med in my iv and an anti-nausea med in my iv. The doctor said that I had a bruised lung and liver due to him kicking me and it will take a few days to heal and just be careful. Well, needless to say I am taking it easy once again. Never fails!

I hope so too. Just as my health gets a little better, it goes downhill somehow

@carebear29 Oh I am sorry to hear that. Have you seen a doctor to find out what is going on? I mean a regular doctor not the ER

Yes, we can do severe damage to organs with minor injury. I remember once I tripped and fell,broke 4 ribs and punctured my lung.

Very sorry to hear about this. Was it an accidental kick? It's a serious accident and must have been a very hard kick. I hope that you'll recover OK. Take care.
