Dont have luck still

Been interviewed and passed the prescreen exam at appen for a web search evaluator job. After the interview I was told that they do not have a project in my area at the moment and I was put as a pool of personnel and once the project is available they will inform me and ask me to keep my lines open just in case they need to contact me. But still it's been around 3 weeks but never heard from them. :(
