How long does it take you to...?

During the surprise birthday party my friends prepared for me, my housemate related to all of us how stealthily she did some preparations without my knowing. I turned red as beet though when she told everyone that it only takes me eleven minutes and a half to have shower. Everyday. And so for that span of time, she crammed all tasks she could and pretended she did nothing.
Thanks for her hard work, really. The event went smoothly. But tracking my shower time? Seriously? I don’t even take down notes. I just usually do the deed and come out of the shower for her to take over. Or vice versa. On the other hand, it’s a revelation for me. Thirty seconds more and I would have made it to an even number. Feng shui’s lucky number.
By the way, this morning I made it to twenty and she was outside with her towel waiting, fidgeting. Lol

@sol_cee clean the bathroom too before bathing myself. i also fill the big bucket with water, and scrub and soap myself thoroughly many times.

lol, now let me think how long it takes me to shower. It's more or less 15 minutes. But bath? Now that's another story. I could take a bath for 30 minutes to even an hour.

@sol_cee you must be too hot to keep the water that warm for a very long time.

11-20 minutes is the average span of time I take when I get into the shower. WHen there´s people waiting, I may bath in less minutes.

Lol, it's weird that she kept track of your shower time. The only reason I know how long I take in the shower is because when I was a kid my father would turn the hot water off if we took longer than 10 minutes. So, because of that I always take 10 minute showers even now.

Your friend is very smart and she keeps a tab on you. Our shower time varies. On working days, it could be a quick bath, however, on weekends it may be around 15 minutes or so in the shower. It also depends on the weather. If it is hot and humid, one likes to be in shower for a longer time. In winters, one wants to be out within minutes of going inside.

Your housemate is nice for having that surprise birthday party for you, though she can be very tactless when she revealed your "bathroom secret."
