not loving animals

I do not understand people who do not love animals but they like to torment them.
I saw so much evil , tormented cats , puppies with paws broken, beaten and hungry .
They are people who keep animals, tie them , but do not give them food , they don't provide them even basic needs. Why do they keep them? why they don't let them go to find themselves what they need. What makes people so bad to do these things ?

That is great...i wish from my heart to Punish them here to. In my opinion if you don't like it why do you make him suffer? Let him in peace becouse he have feeling's to.
