Have you thought of buying land?

I was thinking something to build up and pay off. I found this 3.38 piece of land about 45 minutes north of me for $60,000. I thought about using it for camping, or getting away putting a trailer on it for the time being. It has 2 ponds, and very well treed lot.

Before you purchase any land you have to ensure that you can use it for the use you intend. Also if you are purchasing land alone it is unlikely you will get a loan to purchase it.

I know they wont give a mortgage, and loan is a certain percentage or they wont least when I talked to the bank thats what they told me.

I thought of that as well. The cost of homes are ridiculous in this area from$299,000 to $899,000.
