Sense or common sense

Common sense is a basic ability to perceive, understand, and judge things. It is also the ability to think and behave in a reasonable way and to make good decisions. Sense is an ability to understand, recognize, value, or react to something, Sense has many shades of meaning, all involving understanding or becoming aware of something. In a simple explanation: Common sense is for the mind while sense is for our five basic senses. For me, its better to have the combination of the two. That is using our common sense after sensing something. The picture shows a man not using his common sense.

Is sense acting based on instinct, just like using your senses to have a certain action or reaction to a stimuus; while common sense is acting based on what you think is logical.

We need more people with common sense. It would make our life easier.

I think that 'sense' from within supplementing common sense or logic and reasoning is called, "guts". Usually, following our guts complements our reasoning that produces results all the time. IMHO.
