Why? What causes weight gain?
- lack of exercise,
- unhealthy / too much food,
- eating habits, supper do a great part,
these are what I could think of.
Some said, healthy food is tasteless, unhealthy food taste good. Is it true?
Tasty food is usually hard to resist. Common thinking goes like... "let's just finish this cake first, cutting down comes next time", and there is always a never ending "next time".

for me both, unhealthy and healthy foods are not easy to let them go.why?because as long as you are hungry you won't stop eating and if you saw something different from your taste you are3 eager to taste it.but you have to takecare of your health it's not because you want, you don't even think of your health

For someone like me who doesn't like to be stared at, I don't like exercising in public because I feel like I would be watched (even though I'm probably not). As for eating, I can eat less, but most of the people in my family never completely finish the food on the fridge so I would usually be the one finishing it because I'd feel like it's a waste. So yeah, it's quite hard for me
