Do You Drink Regular Coke Or The Diet Coke?

I was just wondering if you are still drinking regular Coke or have you switched to the Diet Coke?
I have never been a big fan of Coke, I used to have a few bottles here and there until they came up with the Diet Coke. Then I started to drink a little more.
But now, I would like to quit the whole thing and find it difficult to do. I guess the only way is to quit cold turkey. Not to bring it into the house at all.

@AbbyGreenhill I am lucky I was never into smoking and booze. But I love chocolate's unfortunately. It's a thing that I have to stop, but will I ever?

@marlina Really, on both statements. I never touch them due to them being evil. Standard ones are so full of sugar I can feel my waistline expanding and my teeth rotting as I'm drinking them.
The diet ones tend to be full of aspartame, a substance that splits scientific opinion as to whether or not it's a massive carcinogen. I'm not taking the risk.
Any carbonated drink, including sparkling water, isn't good for your teeth!
All in all not worth the bother!

I like regular coke, but I'm trying to drink less pop. Too much sugar and calories.

We used to drink coke with our pizzas, but now we have completely stopped and have lemon juice instead. I prefer fruit juices to coke. We were getting addicted to it too much. So I took a stand and completely stopped it from coming into our house and out too....

@marlina probably not, to some degree we need caffiene in our bodies. About 300MG's a day is okay for you and not unhealthy and that is about two 12oz cans. Yeah I'm the crazy facts about that. Regular soda is a lot better for then diet soda. Some diet soda have less caffeine or none but has more sugar to or some other junk your body doesn't need. A soda streamer is 50 times better to us then both regular or diet because it has less calories and less sugar to your drinks. It also can do tea's and waters instead of soda. We bought one this past Christmas and it has saved us money for sure.

I like the regular Coke and prefer the bottled one which tastes better than those in cans.

I think both are equally harmful. A normal Coke Can/bottle contains sugar which exceeds our daily requirements by humongous proportions. A Diet Coke contains aspartame- a chemical compound which has umpteen number of harmful effects. Better it is to shun soft drinks altogether and go for natural beverages such as coconut water, buttermilk, warm milk, tea without milk etc.
