My last post was about Steve Winwood. In addition to being a great vocalist, and playing multiple instruments, he is a wonderful songwriter. He wrote one of my favorite songs “Can’t Find my Way Home.”
It was first released in 1969 by the group, Blind Faith on their 1969 album, Blind Faith. The group consisted of Winwood, Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker and Ric Grech.
I love this video, a reunion of Clapton and Winwood, along with at the Crossroads Guitar Festival 2007, with Derek Trucks and Doyle Bramhall. How can you lose?

Nice choice. The amount of talent in Blind Faith is mind boggling.

Clapton is great, but I think a lot of people don't give Winwood the credit he deserves. Listen to that voice, and he wrote the song! I love to see him playing with Clapton though, and of course Clapton deserves all the props he gets.
