Advice in managing discussions, comments, responses at myLot

Being absent in myLot for a number of years, and slowly getting into the groove during the past days; I have posted a few discussions.
After posting, I always see notifications on other myLot members who liked, responded or commented to my posts.
From zero notifications last Saturday (June 4 when I became active again), I now have 228 notifications. I know this is a good thing.
I try to comment to each and every response to my discussion and hit "Like" if I like the comment or discussion.
I also go to the responder's/commenter's page and try to react on their respective discussions, as much as I can.
It was easy at first, but now that I have posted and responded to various discussions, I am a bit overwhelmed by the responses and corresponding comments. I want to maintain my followers and those that I follow and add more follows as well, that is why I try to keep up with the comments and responses.
Am I doing this right? Is it alright if I respond to comments and discussions after a few days? I only log in at this site when I have spare time.
Do you have any advise on how I can keep up with responses and comments to various discussions?
Your help and advice is truly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't know if this will help. If I miss some discussion or responses, all I did is get to all of my followers and check thier dicussion and check my discussion for my responses and respond to their comments. It works for me to keep up with my followers and to those I followed.

i take care of my notifications twice a day -- morning and evening. but sometimes if im too sleepy at night, i do it the next morning.
its easier for me that way so i dont have to reread the whole thing (the post and previous comments) just to remember what was it all about.

Do what you can. I'm not always around either, you have other things to do off line.
