I really hate a person where in he will do his best just to put you down. Be in discreet move but actually slowly killing you down. In our office we do have 2 teams, 1 is for NGO and the other is for Bank. I was assigned in NGO as thier head QA. My developers and I have this so called understanding regarding work. And I don't have any problem with them. In fact we are uptodate and fast. The head developer of the other team hate us. Because he cannot control us unlike his people (that's what we call to his subordinates). It's as if we are the blackship in the family. He doesn't have any jurisdiction in our team. But he is doing his best to get our team. I am more concerned with my developers. There is a good chance that if he will take over our team, we as the original NGO Team willbe put aside. Why? Because he discreetly talks to the supervisor without our knowledge. How did I know that? One of his team member is telliing us. She herself is not in favor of what he is doing. In fact they consider her as an outcast. All the application where in they doesn't know how to fix it will be assigned to her and when its done, they will forcely take over. Now I have this big problem. He is planning to change one of NGO's application without telling me. It's as if I am just a nobody! THey are planning how to take over now. I talk to my team and they really furious about it. How can we fight this?
