In my opinion, it's hard to start, to convince yourself that you need or want to do it. But once you get the routine in life, it's not so hard. Because it's already a routine and the day you won't go, you just miss it and feel unwell.
@bsameep,Yes,initially it is difficult,but once you determine to continue it,it becomes your habit.I go for long evening walks for years.Now it has become an indispensable part of your daily routine.
It's definitely not easy. You have to have discipline and strength to do something over and over again, especially when you're not used to them or if it's not something that has had the chance to develop into a habit.
