I am new here.. How to earn money here?

Welcome to MyLot. It's a discussion site which began 10 years ago and has been paying on time, every time that payments were due. Earnings here are not based on what YOU post but on how much other people interact with what you post (by responding, commenting, liking &c.). If you post a discussion and nobody responds to it, you will probably earn nothing for it, so it is very important to know and follow the Guidelines ('rules') and to make sure that your discussions are as interesting and engaging as you can make them. A discussion is very like a conversation. Just asking a question which only needs a 'yes' or 'no' answer isn't a conversation! Likewise, unless you have something useful and relevant to say, you won't really be 'making conversation'. You can find the Guidelines under "Help" in the menu under your username. You will also find the Earnings Program FAQs there, which will tell you everything you need to know about earnings and payments and how they are made.

In mylot, you earn much more than just money. You acquire knowledge through the discussions, better english skills (if it's not your mother tongue), new friends and, of course, money, too. Keep active and quality is required.

First, posting and getting likes and responding is the way you make money. For me at least, I set my priorities, I care about the community and learning from the community and of course posting, but earning money is a bonus in my eyes.
