Winning a trip to Las Vegas was something I never imagined I could do. A local radio station was giving away a trip for two to stay for four nights, see three shows and pay for flights round trip. Let me start off by saying I was lucky! There was certain times in the day where I would have to call to get entered into winning this amazing vacation. It was a Friday morning on my way home from work when I actually called and heard it ringing which surprised me because it's always busy. When the radio station answered they told me I was the 20th caller and would be entered in their draw to win a trip to Las Vegas and I would see Elton John, Madonna and Cirque Du Solie! They did the draw on Mondays and I had a good chance of winning this because it was the first week they ran this contest. The weekend went by and I was getting excited for Monday. At the end of my shift Monday morning, my phone rang and I knew by the call display that it was the radio station!! I had to go somewhere where my manager wouldn't hear me. The radio station asked me "why would we be calling you on a Monday morning?" I replied "Did I win?" He said, "Yes" OMG OMG OMG!!!!!! He explained to me that I was going to Las Vegas and I could take one person with me!! At that moment I knew who I was taking! The trip to Las Vegas happened last October and when I won this trip it was in March. I was got married in September so that was my husband's and I honeymoon!!! We had the best time ever!! While we were there we bought a timeshare so now we will be returning back there again :) Have you ever won a trip anywhere?
