pay attention to your sleeping habit

Today I am going to write on something which all should know. Sleep is nothing less than REFRESH button to our body. There are basically three kind of people based on their sleeping habit. Let’s find out you belong to which category:- (a)less sleepers (b)who love sleeping (c) who can’t say.
Less sleepers:- There is definite amount of sleep which one normal adult person should take, if he takes less than that amount it will result in not only physical health problem as well as mental health.Yeah!! It will make person mentally inactive,and he will not be able to concentrate on your work and there are chances of little nap during your work which can result in worse so on should never take sleep as belittle and consider is as important as food and water.Below is chart which shows normal sleeping quantity less than will result in above problem:- AGE NEEDED SLEEP 15-18 year 8-9 hours in a day 18 & above 7-8 hours in a day after 40 9-10 hours in a day Your less sleep can be to due to INSOMNIA( inability to sleep) or due to workload.Click on this link to get out of insomnia tricks.
SLEEPING LOVERS:- This situation is totally opposite to the above one. This case is relate to them which is addicted to sleep or love sleeping which is also not a good situation. One of which is that he will not be able to fulfills your daily work. one has rightly said: “All successful & unsuccessful people have 1 thing in common……24 HRS A DAY.,,,,,,…It’s how they use them that makes the difference.” That’s why one should examine his daily routine properly in order to make a change as successful person. Once BEN FRANKLIN said that:- “There will be plenty of time to sleep once you are dead” I always remember this line and it makes me feel energetic and helps me to get up at time. so I strongly recommend to you too to do the same.
So one should be careful to his sleep that is should be appropriate neither less nor more than needed. However always remember sleep is dispensable part of our life or we can say as important as food and water. So one should examine properly his sleep quantity, quality and its timing to make difference.

I need 8hrs sleep in 24hrs no matter in small portion or without break

@ModernDayWriter you can also take small nap during noon, it is also good for our body but it should be not more than 30 minutes otherwise you will not be able to sleep properly at night. so it requires a huge control on your self and sleep. If you have then you can surely do that

if you take without break sleep is better than anything as it will give you totally fresh morning ^_^
