So if you want to know me,here's the fact #1 about me: "I LOVE PASTA". I guess my roots must have been from Italy in my previous life. So Pasta is easily one of my favourite food in the world. And I can have it for Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner.Oh well! that's bit of an exaggeration maybe, because I surely don't wanna get over it by having too much of it. I love to both cook as well as eat different kinds of Pasta.Some of my absolute favourite pasta sauces are: -Alfredo ( "My most favourite"), a creamy cheesy sauce made out of white sauce and cheese -Pesto,made out of basil,olive oil,cheese some kind of nuts -Aglio olio,the humble garlic and olive oil based sauce -Marinara, an old school tomato based sauce The most popular varieties available in India is Red Sauce Pasta and White Sauce Pasta.(Yes,they are widely known by this name over India amongst the masses and even on the menu,unless you are going to eat in fancy restaurant you wont find the names Alfredo and Marinara). So sharing with you guys is creamy basil pesto sauce spaghetti style pasta loaded with veggies & a bit of Chicken served with garlic toast on the side.This truly was one of the best Basil Pesto sauce Pasta I have ever had.
