Just watched the new warcraft movie and I would just have to say is I truly love the animations,characters and pacing of the plot.
It was intelligently written and covers some of the lore from the game. I hope they a sequel or sequels. Lothar was definitely a good character just can't take it much seriously because he really just acts like Ragnar Lothbrok from Vikings :)
If you haven't watched it yet, you should. Its Blizzards first movie and it shows more detail and depth than most pixar and Disney movies :)

sadly l have to wait for it to go into discount cinemas here because l had too many expenses this month and payday's not for another 3 weeks :( IT's got a terrible rating or RT but it seems like it's just the snobby critics that are hating it so l can't wait to see it. Most people l care about have given it good reviews even though not as praising as your review here :) l definitely need to watch it though

@Dramista oh yes l love them too and l can't wait to see this film.
I'm pretty sure blizzard are not thw ones doing th CGI in it though. Not even sure if they're the main studio behind it

@Cherganski Have you seen their game CGI's especially?
Try looking at Overwatch the game trailers. Its quite similar to the movie and its really good eye candy :)
Its definitely blizzard doing the animation,they've been at it for years

Been egging my son to watch it with me but he's busy with playing the game he didn't have time to go out of the house at all!

I am not familiar with the lore of Warcraft but I heard this movie is respectful to the source material. Unlike those disgusting Resident evil movies that turned main characters of the game into cowardly sidekicks of a Mary sue who only exists in movies. I notice the fans of the War Craft games are happier with this movie compared to other game adaptations of Hollywood.

Yep, being a fantasy fan.
Its really awesome. Think Dungeons and dragons in a big budget movie :) with awesome CGI and fight scenes
