Doesn't Time Fly?

I got up super early this morning knowing that at 11.15 I have to go out to take my daughter to work, the plan was I'd get online and take a couple of hours while the house is nice and quiet to get up to date with the earnings side of things which I've let slip for a couple of days.
But I'm in procrastination mode and it's now 11.03 and all I've done is browsed the news, then the celeb gossip, made a few comments on various news stories, so half heartedly started a survey that I accidentally disqualified myself by giving a totally wrong answer and browsed shoes.
What a waste of a good opportunity, why is it time runs away when I'm busy doing nothing but drags crazily when I actually sit down to be productive?!

that's because we are not aware of time, i mean hour by hour or looking at the time every now and then.

When I want to do some work time flies away at supersonic speed and when I am waiting for something than it will move at snail's pace.Really its very irritating.
