Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's strength is his ability to deliver excellent speeches..
Modi delivered an excellent speech at Capitol Hill. He even got standing ovation a few times during speech.
However there are reports like the one link i pasted below, saying that it was not an extempore, but was prompted.
It is said that Modi uses teleprompter when he had to deliver speeches in English.
I never knew previously that such devices exist, may be never used by any Indian politician at least.
As American Congressman rose to congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi on an incredible speech in Capitol Hill, an intense discussion erupted on social media about whether or not the Indian premier had chosen to go the President Barack Obama way and use

It is not the question of whether Modi has used teleprompters or not , but it is the quality of speech which matters more.Modi has mesmerized audience wherever he went as his speech is so powerful that audience get connected to him in some way. We are lucky to have him as our leader as such leaders will come once in a lifetime.Let us see everything positive comes in years to come and it will be good for the whole world

No doubt about his skills in delivering excellent speeches. I was only shocked to come to know that it was not an extempore. It was so natural.
I agree, the qaulity and the content is important in the speech. He talked about the similarities of democracies- one being biggest and other oldest, How Indian constitution is inspired from america's.He also gave emphasis on fighting terrorism which is also common problem for both the nations. talked about carbon footprint
Yes, lets hope the best outcomes happen with these partnership and allies with nations.
