Have you ever dream of becoming an artist?
I am, I dream also of becoming a painter. When I was in my teenage life, I love to draw sort of things. I imagine working on canvass and coloring them. That just don't work on me. Instead I become a writer which is not bad because I'm still an artist but in different genre.
The painter in the photo is a participant of painting contest in our province.

I hope I have the skill, art is for everything. The need of patience and focus, also frustration on the other hand.
The hands and mind make a beautiful painting that money can buy.

Well, I used to draw and paint. My friends were awed by my works. I was eight at that time. College came and I saw the works of talented artists and got intimidated. From then on, I no longer had the same confidence to pursue it. I still draw but only to relieve stress.

Yes, you are also a painter: of words and of a different canvass. The contestants are so patient, it is hard to paint squatting like that instead of working on an elevated canvass.

I believe I was in the 5th grade and there was a painting competition held in our school. I saw one particular student was painting an abstract art in canvas. It was the first time I've seen someone doing art painting. I hurried back home because I was so inspired to create my very own art. I drew my first Mickey Mouse pencil sketch.
Since then I've wanted to be an artist..
