There are many students who drive vehicles without even getting proper license and this has resulted in frequent accidents.Though such news are coming on daily basis, authorities are not taking any strict action to reduce this crime. Better to be earlier than never as it can save many life's in the future. Even the parents of those young children should be alert in not allowing their children drive vehicles at that young age

I can see this trend everywhere. Parents feel proud when their young children show enthusiasm and encourage them to drive the gearless scooter and motor bikes. Today children are taught to drive cars even.

some parents do show off when their kids drive cars without even getting license and they feel very proud seeing their kids grow up like this. This is too bad for the society as this behavior of parents also may result in losing someone's life, which they don't understand

That is why the Telangana State is taking meticulous checkings. The fine for not possessing connected documents and license is Rs.2,000/- and sometimes even more. It should be implemented in other states also.

The authorities should step up enforcement and those caught driving illegally should be fined heavily or jailed. In this way people will think twice about driving without a license.

Sad but true. I see that you are from India. In the Philippines, it can be the same. You see people, young and old alike, driving without proper permits. I mean, having no license does not guarantee road accidents, reckless driving does. I have seen so many fully licensed drivers who cause massive road accidents for driving like an idiot. And it also cost lives. Here in Australia, it is illegal and one can cop very painful fines and demerits when caught. :) Keep safe.
