In India we have breakfast prepared predominantly with Rice or Wheat. Today I had an authentic South Indian breakfast Appam and Tengaipaal (Rice pancakes & Coconut Sweet Milk) Oh it tastes so yummy.

Can you tell to me what is the taste of that? I haven't tried to eat it..

It is made of Rice and very little while lentils + Coconut. the taste is of that of Rice & fresh coconut. It is actually bland. so the dish with it would be either sweet or spicy. Many add dry yeast too for fermentation. But I add while lentils instead of yeast. For a detailed recipe and instruction type Appam Preparation in youtube. You will find many variants, choose which ever you like.
