what do you do in white night?

When I can't sleep in night,I feel anxiety.If I can't sleep in bed after 1 hour.I often get up and play computer games.After two or three hours I am tired I go to bed again.Then I can sleep after a while.If I don't get up when I can't sleep.I would be awake many hours. what's the other method to solve the problem?

When I can't fall asleep, I get out of bed and read or MyLot.

Playing games that stirs up the mind is not the way to go. Try reading something that doesn't require thought

Some people drink milk before bedtime to sleep well. I don't know, because I do not have that problem.
