Is it yoga or Gym --which one do you select?

People practie yoga at home and some people prefer gym. The purpose is to keep your body always fit and healthy. While somebody like to confine themselves in practicing yoga others go out for a walk in the garden or to a Gym to strain their bodies. Whatever it may be the goal is only one and the same.But, each style of exerise is having its own pros and cons.
Yoga is not only an exercise it is a well discipined daily routine It not only tones up muscles but also strengthens your lungs, digestive system, skin, and eyes. It also increses the ability of the mind to concentrate and increases its alertness.You can take a walk on treadmeal but taking a walk in the open air in the garden is an effective stress booster and helps you calm your senses.
Yoga does not require any additional tools. Just sitting at home and taking some breaks you can practice it . Taking a pair of shoes and walking around a block does not cost you anymore. Treadmeal does require some special dress and needs some special aiding tools and diet and one must be cautious while working out using Treadmeal in a gym.
Yoga becomes more friendly than gym While taking a walk you can also share with others and can involve in multiple jobs. But, this can not be the case with gym While working on Treadmeal you must be alert and any deviation may cause damage to your body. While working out with weights in a gym you can not talk with your colleague.
