If you are working your ass off during work and you see others immersed updating their social media accounts, texting, and watching videos, how are you supposed to react and what would you feel? It feels so frustrating sometimes when you are under so much stress working so hard to meet deadlines that you hardly have the time to enjoy your coffee break. These things are happening as the owner and president of the company, along with the AVP and Director of Operations are currently out of the country to attend the printers' summit in Germany. What do you expect? Employees are having a grand time working overtime logged on to Facebook! I feel bad because I have to answer to everything that went wrong within the company in my boss' absence and being newly reinstated, I feel uncomfortable reprimanding these employees who have been with the company for years. These are adults and I believe they should know what they're supposed to do with or without supervision, right?

Yup! I even caught someone playing COC during office hours. The company actually bans cellphone use during office hours but employees appealed that they need it so their families can contact them in case of emergencies.

@anjalmonte I think company can change its Internet into an intranet. Only important websites and pages are accessible then.
