How thoughtful are you?

Today is payday to those who are working in private sectors. We all know that during payday, employees are happy receiving their salary and some are sad because they are only receiving payslip without the money. Before 11:30 A.M. a motorcycle stops in our gate, I don't know this man who brings some stuffs. He just passed the cellophane with full of stuffs. When I open it, OMG, it's full of foods and snacks for us. It's from my son, he bought us foods for our lunch and some foods for our snacks. I'm so happy of my son's gesture, he's so thoughtful. I'm thankful that God gives me a son who is thinking of us. I'm so blessed to have him as my son. Friends, does your child or children are thoughtful enough?

How thoughtful you son is , my friend ! So, he is living far from you so he just have them delivered . How nice . Our daughter is so thoughtful too . She buys me and my husband gifts on mother's day and father's day respectively , from her savings from the allowances we send her . Just last Monday she texted that she will be going home on the 18th for the Father's day , because they have a four day vacation from their review center from 18 -22 . How thoughtful and sweet she is !

Maybe but what I think is that, they are used to see us their parents of being thoughtful to them and they imitate this virtue from the parents.

@JudyEv That is true but if they saw us misbehaving, they try to imitate us. So, it's good to set a good example to the young kids.

@ida123 I think seeing folks behaving in a certain way encourages the children to follow in their footsteps.

My kids are too young to share, my nearly 4 year old has gave me his food twice, but he usually doesn't and if I ask him he gets mad at me for asking. my 2 year old's too young to share.
