I got hit and my car is total

Good morning,not a good one.Was in an car accident on my way to the club for my game.This is seven in the morning.As I took my usual left hand turn and then a car coming up the hill smash into me.I was totally shocked and did not realized what was going on.The passenger side the airbag inflated.
Not my side.They too me to the ER for check up.
I am fine with just being shocked.The driver I have not seen them or the car.
The police officer told me that they have no insurance.So you know what this means.They will lie and try to get out paying.The people were okay.
We call our insurance man and they are going to looked into.
Have not an accident in Year. The photo is public domaine

This is the second car accident I have read about in only a few minutes on myLot. I am glad that you are OK.

We are sorry to hear about the accident. It is good to know that you are safe and nothing serious happened. Sometimes accidents takes place because of mistakes or say over adventures done by others. If any accident takes place, we first try to introspect ourselves and try to find out if we did any wrong but if it is an error of judgement by the other person, we just cannot do anything.

Oh man! I had a co worker who had someone hit them with no insurance! Her car was old so she didn't want to file her insurance or else they'd increase it. I hope all works out! I don't get how they don't arrest or fine those with no insurance! And most importantly you're okay!
