I like her because she doesn't sugar-coat the celebrities. She's not really mean in her comments either. So it's entertaining. Most people I know personally hate celebs and I completely understand their dislike for them. They get all the perks and often don't really entertain, plus have more privacy than they should. But what Williams does is brings up some positive points and has also has a nuanced way of saying what the audience wants to hear.
