So last night I knew something was going on. My head really really hurt but I thought it was just a sinus headache...Until I stood up. I got super dizzy. I managed to make it to the bed without falling over, I tripped once though but that is normal for me. I only had one pillow to sleep on that was super flat (thank Eric) so that was a mess. I was feeling so dizzy and i just laid down and forced myself to sleep. I wake up and my headache was still there and I was feeling so sick, just really really nausous and my neck and back were really hurting because I only had one pillow to sleep on. At the moment the throbbing in my head has calmed down a little bit, I'm currently sharing my youtube video and after that I think it is best I take a nap because I cannot do anything. when I get migrains I get them bad to the point where my body does not want to move beause I am hurting so much. We don't have any painkillers either or ice. Just gotta nap it out.

I hope you feel better after your nap. Headaches, Migraines are no fun.

Take care of yourself and its better if you stay in bed till the time it subsides.

Yeah it is good to rest when a migraine happens. I ended up sleeping all day.
