I started last October 2015 working out. Due to having a fitness coach client, I was inspired to work for a body that I love. I used to believe that I am at the right weight and health...BUT little did I know that I am above my normal and should be weight.
So yes, I started working out and I am loving every minute of it. I want a healthier life so my kids will be influenced to follow suit. I am not aiming for an abs BUT if they appear, why not?
I have been doing 2-5 minute planking and boy, it looks easy but noooo it's not!! I am determined to keep going!!
Who's working for their health lately?

@Zhaoxiaoyue for some reasons, I don't last on running. I easily ran out of breath!

I do yoga once a week, not that flexi yet but I love the effect it has on our body. So relaxing. I haven't tried cycling yet. :)

@jazel_juan I do yoga three times a week since it's the only schedule given by the health club. I've been cycling for three years with different bicycles. Into road bikes now.

How are you friend, it's been a while. I tried to exercise last year but my knee suddenly got hurt. then the month of this year I had myself a check up and learned my uric acid is high. I've been struggling to loose weight. though it was good progress before when I lost 13 pounds. But this week i had a struggle with sleeping early causing me not to exercise.

Yay!! It's good to be back and happy to see you are here too! :)
Yikes. Have you tried doing water therapy? Start slow so you won't hurt yourself.

You should try!! You'll feel a lot more energized ;) and not to mention strong.. I find it beneficial especially for someone like me who have kids. I can keep up with them, running around etc.
