Garden Cactus Flower

I just love to post this flower from our garden. The cactus which is round in shape with thorns like an angling. The color of the flower is yellow and its not always blooming because I see it just once or twice a year. I know lots of garden cactus in your garden but this cactus is one so really excited to see when the flower blooms.

The flower of your cactus is very lovely but be careful of the thorns, it hurts when you accidentally touch it.

There are many cactuses I have heard that only bloom for one day but they are so neat. This one is very pretty.

Looks like mammillaria beneckei to me. There are so many beautiful blooming cactus in the mammillaria and gymnocalcyum family. Try them too.
