I had one in the past. When Payza was sold a few years ago, they changed their database, and I realized that I could not edit my data to modify my bank details, because data fields with accentuated characters could not be edited and saved anymore after the change. It was a bug that they created. I sent an email to Payza to ask them to do it, and they asked me to send again an ID to prove who I was before doing the change. I sent it and the change was never made despite of two other emails... I finally managed to spend online what I had in my balance and stopped to use this payment processor. I would not recommend it because of their poor costumer service. There are less sites today offering Payza, and I never used it a lot when it was a more important payment processor...

@hema7213 I never opened a Neteller account, but it has not a bad reputation and I would prefer it to Payza if PayPal was not available. You should check first if it is available for your country.

I signed up to a Payza account and there is no way of transferring the money from the Payza account into your bank account like you can with PayPal.
