Slow Internet kills me

Today while downloading a office document, due to slow internet, my document was not able to down load and internet was getting disconnected repeatedly, and in anger I broke my jug glass.Then I realised it is better to shut down the computer and wait for the internet works properly. Have you ever been come under such situations, do you get anger for slow internet ?
